In Ukraine

Delivery service in Ukraine is provided by "Nova Poshta" company. While under martial law the goods are dispatched within 2-4 business days after the payment is received.

Delivery cost is paid by the Customer according to company's rates. We do not dispatch orders on weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 15:00 will be dispatched on Monday.

International

While under martial law international delivery service is provided by DHL Express company. The goods are dispatched within 2-4 business days after the payment is received. Delivered by DHL Express within 10-12 business days. Delivery cost is fixed – 40€. Please note, that order total does not include local taxes, additional rates might be applied. Package size does not affect delivery cost. Delivery cost is paid at checkout. When the order is dispatched - the tracking number with instructions will be provided.
