This privacy policy governs the information collection and using practices of individual entrepreneur Kostetska Iryna Anatoliivna (hereinafter – “we” or “us”). In particular, it defines the types of information we collect during the time you use our website https://www.mezha.studio (the "Site"), as well as how we use the information collected.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing and using the Site, you agree that your use of the Site and any dispute or controversy relating to privacy, governed by this Privacy Policy.

For example, we may contact individuals who have applied for production (goods or works or services), as well as individuals who have contacted us with their information, in order to receive an answer to their questions.

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information. 

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Using Google Analytics Tools

We may also use the advertiser functionality of Google's analysis tools (or similar services) to optimize our performance.

Once Google Analytics features are enabled, we are required to notify visitors by disclosing information about the use of those features and that we and third-party cookies (such as Google analytics cookies) or other first-party identifiers, and third-party cookies third parties (such as a DoubleClick cookie) or other third party identifiers will collect data about your activities on our Site.

Location of your information

Your personal data may be processed by us in Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. By agreeing to this privacy policy, you expressly and unconditionally consent to the collection and processing of any personal and non-personal information that was collected or received by us, at international level.

 

Storage of your information

Your information will be stored on the servers of us, who maintains our data storage and messaging, and will be stored for as long as this information is useful, and no longer. Your information will only be available to us and to those companies that assist in the operation of the site.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to – and maintained on –computers located outside of Ukraine or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you are located outside Ukraine and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Ukraine and process it there. During payment transactions, we encrypt all connections between you, i.e. your end device, and our servers using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol. This prevents your input and datafrom being intercepted in transit. Even if your data is intercepted by attackers, it will not be available to them.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion.
